    • 'The GP I saw was really lovely and very helpful . I felt very comfortable as she showed good patient care and listened to my issue.'
    • 'Receptionist was friendly and helpful and the nurse was kind and listened to what I had to say.'
    • 'At once I felt comfortable and the staff were so friendly that I felt very confident that I was in good hands.'
    • 'The receptionist was polite. The waiting room was warm. The doctor was very nice. He was informative. He listened to me and examined me.
    • 'Seen very quickly by GP when called with concerns for baby and very thorough assessment completed with clear guidance.'

We have made a number of improvements from feedback that we have received:
